Is there anything you don’t accept as a return or exchange?

Yes. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are not returned within 30 days of purchase.

I purchased product at a store, can I return or exchange it online?

If you purchased a product at one of our valued retailer’s store (regardless of whether the valued retailer store is a bricks and mortar store or an e-tail website), please return it to the same retailer’s store according to its return policy.

I purchased product at reserveage.com, can I return or exchange it at a store?

If your order is from www.reserveage.com, you will need to follow the Return and Exchange process below.

How do I make a return or exchange?

  1. Please call Customer Service at 800.553.1896 or email customerservices@reserveage.com. Our customer service office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. If you call after hours please leave a message and we’ll contact you within 1 business day. When leaving a message or sending an email, please provide the following information: your name, phone number and order confirmation. We will contact you for additional information and assistance with your request.
  2. After our Customer Support team has obtained all the necessary information, they will provide you with information about your request and will forward your information with your request to the appropriate person for processing.
  3. Please package the unused, damaged or defective product to protect it from damage in return shipping. You can return the product in the original shipping carton and any packing material to protect product during shipping.
  4. When you return the unused, damaged or defective product to us we recommend you use the delivery service of your choice that includes tracking information on the package.
  5. If you are exchanging an item, Customer Service will give you information regarding the process for exchanging product.

Please allow 14-21 business days for your return to reach us and to be processed. Reserveage™ Nutrition will not accept responsibility for products lost in transit or products that are damaged due to inadequate packaging for return shipment.
